General Definitions

These terms and conditions and usage policies ("Terms") apply directly to any player who accesses the jlw77 platform. By accessing this platform, opening an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and agree to comply with them.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 — Deposits

jlw77 supports deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. The same minimum applies to all payment methods.

3.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or bank transfer), and can only be sent to the player's own account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not allowed.

3.3 — Verification

jlw77 may request identity documents from a player as part of payment verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this verification is complete.

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 30,000 Ks → total balance 50,000 Ks
• Deposit 280,000 Ks → receive bonus 200,000 Ks (maximum amount) → total balance 480,000 Ks

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

jlw77's welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. This bonus is added to your account automatically after the deposit.

4.2 — Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Another example — if you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks before withdrawal.

4.3 — Bonus Usage Policy

  • Bonus funds are intended for gameplay only; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • If you choose to cancel your bonus after receiving it, any winnings linked to that bonus will also be forfeited.
  • If a deposit is reversed or a payment issue occurs after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus may be cancelled.
  • You may not hold more than one bonus at the same time.
  • You can ask our support staff for full details on any promotion.

4.4 — VIP Cashback

jlw77 has 4 VIP levels — Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), Platinum (up to 1.5%). VIP level progression depends on the player's gaming activity and periodic reviews.

Gaming Policies

5.1 — Bet Settlement Policy

Once a decision is made, it cannot be changed. After a player places a bet, they cannot cancel it themselves (if a bet was placed by mistake, contact customer support immediately).

5.2 — Technical Faults

If a technical fault, connection failure, or game interruption occurs on the platform, jlw77 will make an appropriate decision, and that decision is final.

5.3 — Game Results

Game results on jlw77 are determined by the game providers using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair play. Game results cannot be altered.

5.4 — Unfair Play

Practices such as odds arbitrage, exploiting game technical flaws, or playing solely to collect bonuses for personal gain are considered unfair play. If such activity is found, winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
